Training

Designing courses and working with groups are my core activities. The main topics are as follows:

• Putting science on learning and teaching into practice: How evidence-based results can be tranfered to different teaching contexts
• Course Design: Planning a course step by step
• Innovative methods and the great classics of teaching
• Using digital resources for teaching and learning
• Basics of adult education as a means of training teachers

Apart from designing courses, teaching them and post-processing the offers, I assist teachers and trainers with planning their own teaching arrangements and overcoming specific teaching challenges.

Further services focus on teaching courses regarding presentation skills as well as projects and training in scientific literacy.

Moderation

Moderation of conclaves, conferences and decision-making processes etc. as well as the moderation of meetings, discussions and events are part of the services I offer.
